Books that mention aquariums

Question

I heard that aquariums might bring bad influence and that have bad feng shui, is that correct?

I also read in a feng shui book that aquariums positionned in the wealth corner might bring more incommings and help someone in his professional life.

So which one is correct?

Answer

It is possible that water (and its metaphor, activity) can cause problems. For example, in this 20-year period it’s likely that when the Mountain Star 8 is in a high-activity area there will be problems.

Depending on the house (orientation, age, etc.), the problems might affect only certain people or might affect everyone in the house. For example, in some houses young males might keep breaking some of their bones, or have an accident in which many bones are broken.

The only way to know for certain whether water or activity would cause problems or provide a benefit is to have your home analyzed by a competent practitioner. A “competent practitioner” is someone who knows Flying Stars and other traditional methods, not a McFengshui practitioner who wants to convince you that there is such a thing as a Money or Wealth Corner.
