Where to put candles

i got feng shui candles as a present. they are labeled metal, wood, water, fire, and earth. my question is where do i place them in my house? the only thing i can guess is that “water” should be near the entrance to the house? please help! thank you!

Nice gift! Actually, unless you had your house analyzed by a competent feng shui person, it really doesn’t matter where you put the candles. Just enjoy them!
